We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. For larger or specialty cleans, book one to two weeks ahead when possible.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $25 fee. If our team cannot access your home or the job condition is significantly different, a 50% fee may apply.
For safety and efficiency we don’t provide: cleaning animal waste, mold remediation, exterior garage/patio cleaning, moving heavy furniture, crawl space/attic cleaning, cleaning hazardous bodily fluids, work in homes with active infestations, dishwashing, full wall/ceiling cleaning, or cleaning fixtures above 8 feet.
Yes — please pick up toys and laundry, load dishes, and minimize clutter so our team can focus on deep cleaning rather than tidying.
During summer, indoor temperature should be around 20–21°C (68–70°F) upon arrival. If it exceeds 23°C (73°F) we may need to postpone service and a cancellation fee could apply.

Booking form prices are estimates and may change based on actual property condition and size at the time of service.
